There's two ways to get in touch with us if you have a support request.
The first is by emailing support@stroudyit.co.uk with the details of your request or issue.

Email support should be used in the majority of cases and allows us to effectively ticket and prioritise your request.
The second is our telephone helpdesk 0115 704 3156, only for urgent issues (e.g. you cannot work because of an issue, or you cannot email because it's not working).
It is open the following times:
Mon-Fri - 0900-1700 - for On-Demand customers
Mon-Fri - 0800-1800 - for Managed Support customers
The Helpdesk is closed on Public Holidays.
Because they can't be processed effectively by our ticketing system, we won't respond to any requests left on our team members mobiles, or via WhatsApp or any other messaging app.
For Managed Support customers only we offer an out of hours urgent support service, this is only to be used for business critical issues and is chargeable.
